  • Digital consulting and analytics

The exact scope of work will be shared in writing (proposal, quotation, or message) before the service starts.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information, access, and materials needed to deliver services.

  • Follow timelines, share required content, and respond when needed.

  • Ensure that any content provided does not violate copyright or legal rules.

Failure to provide necessary information may delay project timelines, for which Webivert is not responsible.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments made for executed services, ad budgets, or tools are non-refundable.

  • Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned.

Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow Webivert’s official Refund Policy.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any expenses paid to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, tools, subscriptions, hosting, plugins, etc.) are the responsibility of the client and non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Service Timelines

Timelines provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Platform issues

  • Market conditions

  • Lack of information or approvals from the client
    Webivert will not be liable for delays caused by external factors.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, plans, creatives, and materials created by Webivert remain the intellectual property of Webivert unless full ownership is transferred in writing.

  • The client may use delivered final assets for their business promotion only.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project information, strategies, and financial details confidential and not disclose them to any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

Webivert is not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Platform-related issues

  • Policy violations caused by client-provided content

  • Sudden account restrictions from Google, Meta, or other platforms

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to Webivert for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

Webivert may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • The client violates terms

  • The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity

Either party can end the service agreement with prior notice, depending on the nature of the project.

12. Changes to Terms

Webivert may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
